with a little care.

Registration & arrival

1. All Campers must register at the office. Maximum 6 people per site. Pets must be registered with the office; Pet owners must sign Pet Rules/Policies.
2. Check-in is between 1pm and 7pm. Check-out is 11am. You can buy a Day Pass on your check out date if you wish to stay in the Day-Use areas after 11am.
3. Shower/Restroom Code is for Campers only. Do NOT give this code to anyone, only the adults registered with your campsite.

Vehicles & parking

1. All vehicles must display camping/day pass. 2 vehicles are allowed per campsite, your 2nd vehicle may need to park in the Day-Use area. Vehicles without valid passes visible will be towed at your expense.
2. Speed limit throughout the park is 7 ½ mph.
3. DO NOT park along any roads including boat launch; they must be kept clear for emergency vehicles.
4. Do not park in unoccupied campsites or block any access to pathways or dumpsters.
5. Boats/Watercraft trailers cannot be parked in the campground. Check with office for parking options.
6. Motorized toys are not allowed in our park (ORV’s, mini bikes, quads, scooters etc.)

Boats & waterfront

1. Dock at boat launch is first come, first serve. Max lake speed is 45mph (11am-8pm or dusk, whichever comes first) – shoreline to 200 feet is max. 5mph at all times (no wake zone).
2. All water front beach access area, boat launch and playgrounds(Day-Use areas) close at Sunset or 8:30pm, whichever comes first. This applies to everyone in the park. Night fishing must have office approval.
3. Glass Bottles/Bikes/Pets are not permitted on any of the grassy/main beach area.

Swim area

1. Family Friendly Swim Wear Required, please hide those hineys. No ‘Cheeky’/Thong Swimsuits, Nudity, or socially unacceptable clothing for a family venue.
2. No hardbottom watercraft in the Swim Area.
3. No roughhousing or flips on/off the Docks.
4. Stay off the Piling and Swim Ropes.
5. Do Not FEED or chase the Wildlife (Ducks, etc).

Your campsite & guests

1. Campers are responsible for everyone at their campsite. All signage applies.
2. People visiting you will have to purchase a Day Pass, visitors must leave when the Day-Use areas close.
3. All campers must return to their campsites when the Day-Use areas close.
4. Please be kind and take care of any park equipment for everyone’s future enjoyment.
5. The Person, or Persons, who made the reservation will be held responsible for any vandalism/property damage done as a result of your group’s actions.

Campfires

1. Campfires must be contained in the fire rings provided. No trash, processed wood, building materials, pallets, etc. NO scavenging wood/branches. Firewood available for purchase during business hours.

Trees & the creek

1. Protect our Trees & Nature! No axes, nails, ropes, dog runs, hammocks, etc. are allowed in/on our trees/bushes.
2. DO NOT LITTER! We do not allow water balloons, plastic/metal/paper confetti, or “Pop-Its”.
3. Our creek is a protected salmon creek. People, dogs/pets, etc. are not allowed to disturb the creek by fishing, playing, damming, wading, or moving the rocks in it. Keep watercraft out of and away from creek entrance into lake.

Conduct & quiet hours

1. While Alcohol is permitted, all state laws apply and at no time should anyone in your party be drunk and/or disorderly.
2. Everyone under 18yrs old must have adult supervision at all times.
3. NO WEAPONS/projectiles allowed (arrows, airsoft, bb guns, throwing axes/knives, fireworks/Pop-Its etc.)
4. Quiet time starts at 10pm nightly and ends at 8am. Music must be off at this time. Be courteous of neighbors, keep noise levels down / confined to your site so everyone can have a good camping experience.

Park notices.

This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, or evict, without refund, any whose behavior is unlawful, socially offensive or menacing to others, or who willfully disregards these rules.

The owners/management cannot be responsible for any damages caused by falling tree branches or trees, accidents, injuries, loss of money or valuables of any kind, from any cause. Law enforcement will be called as needed.

THIS IS A PRIVATE PARK AND WHILE ALCOHOL IS PERMITTED, ALL STATE LAWS APPLY. COLUMBUS PARK IS A DRUG FREE AREA. ANY AND ALL DRUG USE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MARIJUANA, WILL RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE PARK WITHOUT REFUND. THIS INCLUDES ALL FACILITIES AND PROPERTY.

COLUMBUS PARK ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR LAKE OR WEATHER CONDITIONS.

REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED DUE TO ALGAE BLOOMS/ACTS OF NATURE.

FIREWORKS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN COLUMBUS PARK!

NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY…. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!

ALL DAY USE AREAS CLOSE AT 8:30pm or SUNSET, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST.
